At Luxury On Shoes UAE, we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent delivery experience for all our customers across the United Arab Emirates. Please review our shipping operations and timelines below.
1. Delivery Locations
We currently offer shipping exclusively within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Costs
We are proud to offer 100% Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the UAE. There are no hidden fees, weight surcharges, or minimum order values required to qualify for free shipping.
3. Order Processing & Transit Times
To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, we follow a strict delivery schedule:

Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (GST - Gulf Standard Time). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Order Handling/Processing Time: 0 to 1 business day (Fulfilled Monday to Saturday).

Transit Time: 1 to 2 business days.

Total Delivery Time: All orders are guaranteed to be delivered within 48 hours from the time the order is processed.
4. Payment Method & Delivery Hand-off
Currently, our sole accepted payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD).

Payment must be made in full in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) to the courier partner upon the physical delivery of your package.

Please ensure someone is available at the provided shipping address to receive the package and complete the payment.
5. Order Tracking & Status
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message. Due to the rapid 48-hour delivery window, our courier partners will contact you directly via phone call or WhatsApp on the day of delivery to coordinate the exact drop-off time.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If the courier is unable to reach you or the address is incorrect, they will attempt delivery one more time the following business day. If the second attempt fails, the order will be canceled and returned to our facility.
